We recommend trying their Mascarpone or Coffee tortes, which will surely satisfy even the most discerning tastes. The patisserie also serves excellent coffee. Don’t be surprised if you have to wait in a rather long line – this patisserie is quite popular. But the staff work very efficiently, so you’ll be served quickly.
Next, let’s head to the Kuracyjny Park (C; GPS: 49.71670861, 18.81875326), located near the center and perfect for a short walk. This park, full of greenery, is a haven of tranquility in the heart of the town. It’s definitely worth stopping here for a moment, to rest on a bench, or perhaps listen to the birds singing. From here, we can also admire the view of the Beskids surrounding Ustroń.
Once we’ve had our fill of the park’s calm, it’s worth heading to the nearby Industrial and Agricultural Open-Air Museum (D; GPS: 49.71629016, 18.817118292), which takes us through the history of Ustroń’s industry. This unique place showcases how industry developed in this region and highlights the importance of metal production in the town. The museum is well-prepared and will certainly enrich our understanding of Ustroń’s history.
