The authors, website owners and editors have made every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate and complete, however they don't take any responsibility for existing errors, the use of the information and any damages resulting from it. They are also not responsible for the content of any off-site pages referenced through links.
We are a private, hobby blog page. That's why the privacy of the visitors of videoturysta.eu is important to us. When you visit our site, we do not collect or require any personal data. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
As with most other websites, also our hosting company (called "Netmark") collects and allows to use the data contained in log files, for example for statistical reasons. The information in the log files include your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as AOL or Shaw Cable), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site. We do not store any of the above data on our computers.
We don't use cookies generated by us to store information, such as your personal preferences, when you visit our site. Perhaps we will use them in the future, but then we will inform you about it. This could include only showing you a popup once in your visit, or the ability to login to some of our features, such as forums, chats or forms. Currently, we do not have such functions - the website is very simple.
We however can use (or will use) third party advertisements on videoturysta.eu to support our site. This means that external services may use cookies and we have no influence on this. Ads are not always displayed - we also have no influence on whether an ad will be displayed at a given moment or not. We also do not know how it is technically implemented. We only paste a simple code into our website and that's all - we are not professionals in this respect. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites). Google's (which is the company that displays our ads) location is outside of the European Economic Area, however Google as an advertisements data administrator declares that it applies to relevant agreements concluded between the US and the EU (the so-called "Privacy Shield") for the protection of personal data.
For more information, please read the Google Privacy Policy and also the Netmark Privacy Policy (Netmark is the company that hosts our website) (NOTE: only Polish version available; the English version with automatic translation from Google).
We also may use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests (”interest based targeting”). The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers.
You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. An example of how to do it can be found here (remember that disabling cookies for external domains such as google may result in them to working incorrectly). Disabling cookies can affect how you are able to interact with our site (now it's not a problem, because as we mentioned, we do not have cookies on our website) as well as other websites. This could include the inability to login to services or programs, such as logging into forums or accounts. Deleting cookies does not mean you are permanently opted out of any advertising program. Unless you have settings that disallow cookies, the next time you visit a site running the advertisements, a new cookie will be added.
Since our site is a private/hobby website created by natural persons "in the course of a purely personal or household activity" (Article 2, 2. (c) of the GDPR), the GDPR does not apply to us. This activity is unrelated to professional or commercial activity. Possible advertisements are intended for maintaining the portal (domain annual costs, server space, hosting company services, https annual certificate, etc.). If we can not use them, the page will probably be deleted, which you probably would not like ;).
However, if you are still interested, you can read about the rights of persons whose personal data would be processed by our website if we used RODO in the future. If you have any questions, you can always write us an e-mail (address provided on the Contact page).
